HANDRAIL – SERVICE SP. Z O.O., in the framework of the basic services provides to its customers:

  • control and assessment of the technical state of the handrail on-site at a mutually fixed date
  • repair of the handrail on-site if the damage which occurred during operation is minor (e.g. cut, cracking of the side surface, damage of the top surface of the rubber)
  • measurements of the handrail required when it has to be replaced
  • replacement and vulcanization of the handrail on-site
  • repair works at reasonable hours suitable for the client (night hours preferred)
  • professional counseling within the frameworks of types of new handrails if the handrail has to be replaced
  • full coordination of works between the representative and the serviceman of the lifting company responsible for the service of the given device on-site

HANDRAIL – SERVICE SP. Z O.O. within the frameworks of the agreement with big service corporations in Poland and Europe provides additional services:
  • Assurance of availability of specific types of handrails for escalators and autowalks listed in the mutually signed trade agreement on HANDRAIL – SERVICE SP. Z O.O. stock in Poland
  • Automatic rehabilitation of used stock supplies for the client at the expense of HANDRAIL – SERVICE SP. Z O.O.
  • Assurance to respect the mutually signed trade agreement within the:
    a. DELIVERY TIME OF HANDRAILS TO THE FACILITY
    b. REPLACEMENT TIME OF THE HANDRAILS ON-SITE
    from the moment of ordering by the client and its acceptance by HANDRAIL – SERVICE SP. Z O.O.
  • Keeping in the HANDRAIL – SERVICE SP. Z O.O. database information about the serial number of the device, date of handrail replacement, type of the handrail and warranty deadline for the replaced handrail
  • Additional services (i.e. replacement of the chains at headlands of the handrail) – agreed by means of mutual negotiations of the commercial conditions of cooperation
